I\u2019ve known Ashley for over 16+ years and have had the pleasure of witnessing her grow into an incredible leader who is deeply committed to serving others and making a meaningful impact in the community. What I admire most about Ashley is that her commitment to growth, leadership, and service transcends every area of her life. Whether in her professional career, community involvement, personal pursuits, or the relationships she builds, she consistently shows up with intention, integrity, and a desire to leave things better than she found them.\n\n\nWhen I first met Ashley, she was working at BETA, supporting young mothers; something that really spoke to who she is at her core. Even then, it was clear that her work was more than just a job. It was an extension of her heart for service and her commitment to helping others build better futures. From then on, I\u2019ve seen her serve in countless ways. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she was on the front lines helping organize and support testing efforts when communities needed it most. She has also dedicated countless hours to civic engagement initiatives, including volunteering with election phone banks and other efforts aimed at increasing community participation and awareness.\n\n\nShe actively invests time into her own development through leadership opportunities and programs, then turns around and applies those lessons to benefit the people and communities around her. She has a natural ability to bring people together, build meaningful relationships, and inspire action. Ashley leads with empathy, authenticity, and purpose, and our community is stronger because of it.
